Chaplain

Nick came to be our Chaplain in April 2007. He is married to Cherry and they have three children, Rebecca, Alastair and Patrick. The household also includes a bouncy, affectionate Labrador called Elle! Family life is full of fun, laughter, a passion for sport and music.

It was on a Christian camp at the age of 14 that Nick discovered the reality of a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. During those formative years much was learnt from the Youth groups, Student Christian churches and vibrant London churches.

Nick and Cherry met while they attended a Church Youth Group in Wadhurst, East Sussex. They served on Holiday Beach Missions and Holiday Clubs organised by Scripture Union and were also involved in the leadership of a Church Plant in Reigate, Surrey. Since ordination in the Church of England, ministry has taken them to Nuneaton, Coventry and now St. Peter's Chantilly.
